RETURN POLICY

SHIPPED ORDERS
Magenta Boutique has a 4 day return policy, which means you have 4 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, and have all original tags attached. Please include the receipt or packing slip inside the package.
Returns must be requested through our website. If your return is approved, we will email you a free shipping label. Once you receive the label, you must ship the package within 24 hours. The return package must be received by us within 7 days of the date the label was sent. If the package is shipped late or arrives after the 7-day limit, the return will not be accepted and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

There is an $8 restocking fee on all returns, and original shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns on items received after the allowed time period are FINAL SALE and will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.


NON-RETURNABLE / FINAL SALE
Non-returnable items include items bought on sale or with any discount code of 15% off or more, as well as items purchased with a gift card.


EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and make a separate purchase.


REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


DAMAGES / ISSUES
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and help you out.


PICKUP ORDERS
There is a maximum return of 4 items per day per customer.

  • You have 24 hours from when you received the email confirmation that your order is ready for pickup to bring it back for a refund (4 items max).

  • If you want to return more than 4 items, you will receive store credit for the remaining items.

  • You have 2 days from when you received the email confirmation that your order is ready for pickup to bring it back for store credit.

  • After 2 days, all items are considered FINAL SALE.


GIFTING EXCHANGE POLICY
You have two weeks from the date of purchase to exchange your gift. To be eligible for an exchange, you must have the gift receipt.


Magenta Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen items/packages.
